Potassium carbonate solution (potash lye) is a colorless alkaline liquid. It is often used in the agrochemical business in fertilizers as well as in food and beverage applications.
Potassium carbonate solutions can contribute significantly to the reduction of CO2 emissions, as they are low cost, low toxic, easy to regenerate, low corrosive and degradable. They also have excellent CO2 absorption capacity.
